Background
The BEA mobile application is a digital platform enabling the users to experience the banking services that support the mobile lifestyle. The new UX/UI design has re-structured the brand appearance with three design principles - Diversity, Vibrant and Balance.
Introduction
The application is determined to further expand and enhance the features to encompass customers’ daily lifestyle needs by its signature feature: i-Planner, the users will have the ability to curate and create their own experiences, while enjoying full range of advices and services from BEA at the same time. This leads to ultimately delight the users by offering the freedom for them to personalize their own journeys and experience what life brings to them.
FEATURES
The i-­Planner is the first virtual hub of its kind in Hong Kong. Seamlessly integrating customers’ lifestyle with various kinds of financial transactions, the first core feature of i-Planner is an advanced travel planner that offers a new level of control for planning holidays abroad. The feature operates as a single nexus point through which customers can complete all their travel-related arrangements.
DIGITAL SOLITION
Envisioning the future of banking will not be a financial service provider only. We want to take one step ahead by being the first Hong Kong bank that will flip the model of how banks reach out to users and the traditional financial institution business. We embrace the technology that will enable us go hand in hand with the users to co-create services with their lifestyles. Hopefully, we will experience a more fulfilling life together.
FINTECH PRECISION
Big data analysis of user behaviour makes the BEA app more intelligent and personalised, so as to offer customers with the most suitable services and recommendations. Using big data indications, BEA will proactively invite the right customers to use i-Planner and other services.
